Introduction of self-service capabilities at branches

Does Bankwest currently have any plans to introduce more self-service capabilities into its branches?

It would be great if customers could automatically deposit money (including any amount counted at the coin counter machines) directly into our accounts outside teller operating hours.

While we do have a focus on making it easier for our customers to do their banking, including self-service type facilities, I don't have specific details of our plans.

If you reply with a list of features you'd like to see I'll happily pass them on to our project teams who are analysing our customer trends and speaking directly with them to understand what they need.

Thanks @PeteW

24/7 self-service cash bank deposit facilities would be awesome!  CCTV/security measures required of course!

Bankwest customers can then plan their days/week without needing to factor in branch and teller service operating hours.

I know other banks currently provide a separate secured indoor room where customers can access ATMs outside business hours.  Something similar to this model to allow customers to do self-service cash deposits. Swipe your bankcard to gain access outside business hours.
