Internal Transfer

Every January all of the funds from my savings account are moved to another internal account. When I attempt to transfer these funds back it tells me I cannot internally transfer more than $500 a month. Is there a way to change this limit or remove it entirely?

I'd also like to know why all my funds are transferred to another internal account.

Hi @Halifax, it sounds like you have a 'sweep' function in your account that's causing the transfer to happen each year. This feature (and the deposit limit) is prevalent in our older savings accounts and cannot be removed I'm very sorry.

If you'd like to have an account that doesn't have these limitations, further information can be found on our website
