There are a couple of ways to obtain statements, as below:
- Speak with our Contact Centre and request an "Interim Statement" be posted to your address on file.
- You can request an up-to-date statement be generated and sent to you. If you're registered for eStatements, this would be available to view within your Online Banking the following day, and you can use previously issued statements to make up any required dates.
Please note that there may be fees involved for the posting of any previously issued statements. Whilst both of the above statement types will show you all of the transactions on an account from the last statement issue date though until the request date, it's important to note that an up-to-date statement will change your next statement issue date, according to the current frequency in which these are received.
Also, an Interim Statement can be issued via the post only, whilst an up-to-date statement is able to be sent via your Online Banking (if you're registered for eStatements).
