Without sounding too politically correct @cgm, they've honestly all been innovative in different ways. We've seen marked changes and improvements in our approach to improving our customer experience online (including the App) and this led to a 'first to market' functionality in Bankwest Easy Alerts as one example. We have an award winning colleague reward and recognition scheme which was cleverly concocted between senior leadership, our project team and colleagues. We've also got some top secret work going on to be market leaders in a particular area of banking.
So whether the innovation has been in technology or our people and culture or the way in which we approach change and development, our senior leaders are very inspiring, involved and supportive of making Bankwest the best organisation for both our customers and our colleagues.

Not just yet @cgm but we do plan to build our colleague/leader network/reps on the Forum. @JustinJ and @JonS were the first ones to get involved with the Live Q&A we ran. So stay tuned for more involvement from other people around the bank.
