Given your daughter is 12, it doesn't look like she will need to provide anything specific from her school. Her age in itself means she's eligible for a Student Account.
If she's a new customer, a passport would be the easiest.
All applicants under 15 must apply in store too, which you seem to already be doing.
I wish I could apply for a Student Account - the discounts look awesome!

Hi @Sophiec, thanks for your question @cgm is correct, if your daughter has a passport this would be the best form of ID to bring in to open her account, and as she is under 17 years old she won't require a letter from the school. Thanks!
