Hi, i have been transferring money from one of my linked accounts to the other for quite sometime. I must do this every month so I decided to change the setting from one-off payment to automatic monthly payments. What i didnt realise was that I had accidentally set it for payments going in the opposite direction (so instead of the money going from account 'a' to 'b' it is going from 'b' to 'a'). If someone could help me find a way to cancel this it would be very helpful. Thank you.

Hi @jessicca22, if you have set up the payment in your online banking, you would need to go into your scheduled payments and either edit or delete the payment. Scheduled payments is located under the heading "payments and transfers" in the left hand menu of both online banking and our app. If however you set this up over the phone, you'd need to give us a call on 13 17 19 to make any changes to the payment.
