I am not Internet-savvy and live in Singapore. I have an account with your Perth bank branch. I had recently sent a cheque to my account and wants to know if that cheque had been cleared and deposited into my account. I will be visitng Sydney next Saturday and wants to know the answer as I need to draw on my account whilst there. Thank you.
I have registed into your Forum and does not seem to be able to access it. Please help by replying to my emailaccount at email@example.com.

Hi @ChngChyeTong, for security reasons we can't access or discuss your account information over the Forum, however if you are able to log into online banking using a computer you should be able to see if the cheque has been received and deposited. You'll also be able to access live chat to speak with us directly about this by selecting "chat now" during WA business hours.
