Hi,
I did some online purchase days ago by using the credit card but the seller returned back my money due to stock shortage to my credit card account. Now I have extra money in the credit card account after repaying back all the owning money.
The thing is how can I transfer that extra money back to my normal everyday banking account - the other debit card account of bankwest without the expensive cash advance fee?
Cheers!!!

Hi @sskset, if you transfer the funds via online banking, and are only transferring the excess funds (so not going into the credit limit at all), there would be no fee charged. However if you do go into the credit limit you would be charged a cash advance fee of 2% of the amount you withdraw or $4 (whichever is greater).
