Hi @Kyeschorer, if you're unable to log in to your Online Banking, you can arrange to have your account closed as below:
1) You are welcome to call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 - they're available 24/7.
2) You can pop into your closest Bankwest Branch and speak with a consultant over the counter.
