Hi! I am a new BW customer, I have recently moved banks due to my old one not having any NPP features.
I have seen on the forum that BW would email current customers about setting up PayID when it came in (in 2018), but I haven’t seen anywhere on new customers creating one, other than its on the app, or online banking. Please help!

Hey @lauren27, thanks for getting in touch - we're happy to have you on board!
You'll just need to log into your Online Banking from a PC, and select "Self Service > Manage PayID" from the left side menu. Have a read through the terms, then if you're happy to proceed, click on "Ok, let's register a PayID" and follow the prompts. Make sure you have your mobile phone handy, as an SMS Code is required to complete the process.
