This might be a terribly stupid question and I apologise in advance.
I am new here and this will be the first time I've made a payment off my new credit card. I click 'make a payment' using the phone app. and the options appear to be about physically paying bills, paying someone else etc. How do I clear my balance?!
The platform straight from the browser (not using the app.) was even more difficult to find some sort of link to pay off my balance.
Would appreciate any assistance.
My bill isn't due until the 30th April, but am trying to get it sorted early, potentially lay off and reset my available balance.

Hey @Rocket, thanks for getting in touch. Not a stupid question at all!
There are 3 ways in which you can pay your Credit Card statement - as below:
1. Internal Transfer - if you have another Bankwest account in your name, under the same PAN.
2. BPAY - using the Biller Code 9100, and your 16 digit card number as the Reference Number. Generally, this would be the option required if you're making payment from an account at another bank.
3. In Branch - using cash or cheque (please note proceeds of a cheque are not available until cleared).
Alternatively, you're able to request that we set up an automatic payment for you, by completing the Credit Card Direct Debit Request Form.
