I have just opened my online account but didnt make note of the BSB and ACC details before it disappeared off the screen. and i dint remeber seeing the PAN either.
How canI access the PAN please.
I know the password jsut need the pan

Hey @Zell, thanks for your enquiry.
During the account opening process, you would've received an email containing your PAN - this is your customer ID number and it won't change.
Alternatively, if you use the Bankwest mobile app and have already set up PIN or Fingerprint login, you'll find your PAN under the "Settings" button at the bottom of the screen.
If you can't find the email or access the mobile app as above, we can certainly have your PAN reissued this for you. As we will need to verbally ID you to complete this, I will need to ask that you give us a call on 13 17 19 at anytime.
