It won't let me set a property value of 210,000. It won't go low enough. Please recognise that there are properties available for that price and lower which borrowers are interested in. It sends me to another bank's home loan calculator in frustration.

Hi @snaveks, thanks for contacting us in regards to this.
I can advise that this is due to the fact that the majority of our loan products have a minimum borrowing amount of $200,000. Whilst you can amend the "Loan Amount" tool from $200,000 and up, in accordance with our lending guidelines, the calculator will adjust what the "Property Value" marker needs to be based on the amount you wish to borrow.
Our Premium Select Home Loan is the only product we currently offer in which the minimum borrowing amount can be less than $200,000, so changing to this product on the calculator will also update the Loan Amount and Property Value markers.
