Hey @Amod, thanks for your enquiry. If you are referring to an Everyday Account the date and time of your transactions will appear on your statement. If the transactions are showing as 'authorisation only' it will be necessary to wait until they finish processing before requesting a statement from us. For assistance with this please log in to your online banking and select the 'message us now' button located on the right hand side of the screen, or give us a call on 131719. Both services are available to help 24/7.
If you are referring to a credit card you can actually click on each transaction from the transaction listings screen of your online banking to see the date and time.
