Halo ring not working

I have received my halo ring and activated it and set a pin. It is not working when I try to pay using it at eftpos terminals. I have tried every possible angle. I look like a wierdo trying to pay with a ring and get strange looks from other customers and checkout staff. I know it is activated and working because it worked 1 time at a KFC because I kept trying for a few minutes and it went through. I have since tried many times at other places and it just does not work, no matter how I position the ring or my hand.

Hi @jeni16, I'm sorry to hear this. Whilst there is a bit of an art to fist-bumping with the Halo payment ring, it certainly shouldn't be causing you the issues outlined above. Hey bankwest, Apple Pay would be more secure and actually works brilliantly with my watch. Thanks to ANZ
