My halo ring has been working great since i received it (about two months ago) but as of yesterday it no longer works? any ideas?

For security reasons we can't access or discuss any personal account information over Facebook, so I'm unable to see why this is happening @Daz. If you can please give us a call on 13 17 19 or log into our secure online messaging service we can look into this for you.
You can access messaging by logging into online banking using a computer and selecting "Message us now".
