How can I give online feedback to BankWest without having to create a login and go through this time consuming process to do it? Please contact me via email as I don't want to have to keep checking this forum for answers. Oh, and your Ideas Lab will let me register with a date of birth of 1900. A 117 year old customer is kind of hard to believe. Tech stuff is great, but where is the simple option of sending an email?

Hi @snaveks, thanks for your feedback.
Whilst there is no centralised email address, the Contact Us page of the Bankwest website contains both a Compliments and a Complaints eForm, in which you can choose to enter your information to be contacted to discuss your feedback further. You are also able to send a BankMail (through the Message Centre tab of your Online Banking) which would be responded to by our email team, within 1 - 2 business days.
