Forgotten PAN

We know that your PAN is another number for you to try remember, which isn’t always easy, but we’ve got your back. It's used to access your accounts so it’s better to keep it more private than not.

 

It can be found on your 'welcome' letter/email, some of your Bankwest cards, statements and even in the settings menu of the Bankwest App.

 

  • When using the Bankwest App you can set it to ‘remember your PAN’ and if you use PIN Login you no longer need to enter it to access the App.
  • You can also set your web browser to remember your PAN by checking the box below the ‘personal access number (PAN)’ field.

If you don’t have any of these handy, just call us on 1300 440 749 or pop into a Bankwest store.

Hello @LyndsC I've tried Calling you guys on the above mentioned number , it says that it isn't available .

I've got the wrong PANumber. Do you guys have any Email or Chat support aswell ?

You'll need to be verbally identified for any PAN related queries, so we'd ask that you call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 - they're available 24/7 for your convenience.
