While using a competitors ATM part of the amount being withdrawn remained in machine. Account balance shows
full amount was drawn in transaction but it wasn't

This would need to be investigated - you can complete a Transaction Dispute Form and send it back to us via any of the below methods:
-BankMail (the "Message Centre" tab of your Online Banking).
-Fax: 1300 765 515
-Post: Bankwest PO Box E237, Perth WA 6841
-In-Branch: Find Us here
Once received, our Chargebacks Team endeavour to resolve the dispute within eight weeks As these disputes require us to liaise with other financial institutions and merchants, we need to allow reasonable time for the other party to respond.
If you'd like any further assistance, you can log into your Online Banking and select "Ask Us" via the Mobile App, or "Message us Now" from a PC to speak with our Online Team in real time.
