Email transaction dispute form

I am trying to submit a transaction dispute form. I do not have access to a fax machine. The Bankmail function via internet banking does not work on an iPhone. I press submit and it times out. I am travelling overseas with limited access to internet and an actual computer. Is there an email address I can send to?

Hey @JDSQ, I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with BankMail. You can email the form to forum@bankwest.com.au with your Forum username, full name and best contact number and we'll forward this through to the correct team for processing.
