Easy instalments

I pay off the entire amount of my credit card each month. I set up easy installments on a purchase a couple of months ago. Do you have to add the easy instalment amount to the closing balance of the credit card each month?

Secondly, I still paid off the entire credit card balance in the month I set up the easy instalment. Does this mean I have already paid it off?

Hi @dwhitty, If you paid off the balance of the card in the month you set up the Easy Instalments, it's likely that they have been paid. We can look into this further for you via our secure messaging service in online banking.
