Hi @bumpoh this would depend on the method of payment you want to use to pay for the car, for example if your paying via online banking you may need to increase your daily limit, however if you wanted to arrange a bank cheque to pay for the car, you wouldn't need to do this.
In regards to our live chat, you'd need to log into online banking via a computer to access it. This service is not currently available on our mobile website or app. Once you've logged in, you'll need to select the orange "chat now" button, which will appear in the bottom right hand of the page when there is a representitive available to chat.
