Direct debits.

I have tried and tried to cancel my google play subscription and have had no luck at all. I have not used this app in nearly 12/months and I'm still getting charged $12\mth. Please stop them taking to money each month.

Hey @Mel7, sorry to hear this.

 

We'd firstly need to know how the funds are being debited from your account - are they using a BSB and Account Number, or a Card Number?

 

If it's a BSB and Account Number, you'll need to complete a Stop Payment of Direct Debit Form. You'll also be able to dispute any unauthorised amounts, on the same form.

If the funds are being debited using your card number, we can only stop this by cancelling the card, and issuing you with a new one. You'll then be able to complete a separate Transaction Dispute Form, where once completed we will investigate any eligible transactions on your behalf.

 

Whilst we can't view your accounts via the Forum, our Contact Centre can certainly assist you further. They're available 24/7 by calling 13 17 19, or by selecting the "Message us Now" tab in your Online Banking.
