Yesterday afternoon I deposited $1500 dollars into a cash deposit ATM.
The ATM has taken my money and put nothing into my account ! I am really not happy and have filled out a dispute form. Could you please advise me when I will be getting this money back I need to pay someone asap?

I called the centre your staff told me they did not receive the form from the branch and let me come back to redo it. The lady in the branch rescanned and sent it to the head office again but she told me I may wait for the result in half a year. I am really really angry and upset for this service. For ATM problem, I went to the bank three time but nothing solved and was told to wait for six months!!!

It sounds there may have been some misunderstanding here @kathyolivia. While we do need to investigate the transaction and advise this can take up to 4-6 weeks in some cases, it shouldn't be 6 months. If you can log into online banking and live chat with us we can follow this up for you. You can access live chat during WA business hours by logging into online banking using a computer and selecting "Chat now".
