Declined transaction merchant blocked - test sequence # 962 What does this mean? it was from my qantas account statement it appeared 4 times in a row, same day

Hey @Tramp, usually a Merchant Block is due to a security screening that the bank has in place, wherein some transactions are automatically declined. The screening is for certain merchant types, amounts, countries and currencies, but it's important to note that it does not indicate that there is a problem with the merchant specifically.
If the transaction is legitimate, you can speak with a consultant to see if they can have the block temporarily removed.
