Counter fee due to broken atm

Hi there, I notice I was charged a counter fee when the smart atm was out of order. I had no choice other to go to the counter as I had to deposit cash. Why do I get penalised when your machine was out of order? Will I be reimbursed?

Thanks

Hi @Sherionly, I'm sorry to hear you've been charged a Counter Fee due to our ATM being out of order. This is definitely frustrating.

If you could please log into your online banking and hit the 'Message us now' button (or the 'Ask us' button if using our app), we can look into refunding this for you. Our Online Messaging Team are available 24/7 365 to assist.
