As long as it's a 1 to sign account, only 1 of you will need to request this action There are a number of ways that an account can be closed, as below:
1) Via a BankMail request. This is located through the "Message Centre" tab of your Online Banking.
2) You are welcome to call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 - they're available 24/7.
3) You can use our Secure Online Messaging option, also through your Online Banking. Just hit the "Message us Now" button from the full site, or "Ask Us" from the Mobile App.
