Would like to close my esaver account. Is there a way to do this online please as you have closed all your nearby banks and I do not have time to travel into the city to do so.

Hi @Jadalu, thanks for getting in touch.
There are a number of ways that your account can be closed, as below:
1) Via a BankMail request. This is located through the "Message Centre" tab of your Online Banking.
2) You are welcome to call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 - they're available 24/7.
3) You can use our Secure Online Messaging option, also through your Online Banking. Just hit the "Message us Now" button from the full site, or "Ask Us" from the Mobile App.
