Closing account. Can you close my account as we are overseas due to your immigration dept.

Can you please close this account with immediate effect as we have been evicted from your country by the immigration department  February 2017. We are not allowed to return to Australia. I have been sending emails to you but it keep on coming back as a failed address. 

Await to hear from you urgently. 

You will note this account has been inactive since last year.

Hi Clive, I'm very sorry to hear that you won't be returning to Australia - I believe I have just replied to your Facebook message in regards to this.

Whilst we can't access your accounts over Facebook, if you can log in to Online Banking and select "Ask Us" via the Mobile App menu or "Message us Now" from a PC, our Online Team would be happy to help out at any time, 24/7. Alternatively if you can't access Online Banking, you can give us a buzz on +61 8 9486 4130 from a landline overseas.

 

This is a 24/7 reverse charges number, though as you would need to contact the International Operator in the country you are in, I am unable to advise if there would be any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator.
