Choosing a Halo ring size

So Bankwest is the first Australian bank to offer a smart ring. While the multisizer is helpful it is not perfect and I'm sure that more than a few people will probably not be happy with the ring size that they order. There is no way I will order one without getting to try on the exact size I want. How am I supposed to know whether 9.5, 10.0, 10.5 or 11.0 is the best fit for me? And you expecting customers to make a precise choice is asking a lot.

I do not believe it is too much to ask for Bankwest to have all if not most sizes available in all branches I would consider that good service.

I can appreciate wanting to "try before you buy" @kerr and have passed your feedback through.

The sizing tool we provide is accurate and if used properly, your Halo will fit perfectly.
