We are recent converts to Bankwest but are wondering why it's taken 8 days and counting for a cheque that we deposited at Australia Post to clear. We are in Victoria.

Hi @Nikkit, a cheque deposited at an Australia Post store will take longer than if you deposit them at a Bankwest store, as we do need the cheque to be sent to us in order for us to clear it. A cheque deposited at Australia Post can take 5-7 business days to be cleared. Thanks
