Cheque Negotiations

Hi if my Mum has a personal cheque in her name but would like to sign it over to me, can she if it marked not negotiable?

Hey @AmberC, if the cheque is marked as not negotiable, your mum will need to deposit it into an account in her name. She can then transfer the funds to you, or have a cheque written from her account.
