I want to change my title. I don't use Miss, Ms, Mr. I use Mx. It is very troubling to have to see the wrong title on my account everytime.
I went into the bank a few years ago and they said they couldn't do it because there were no options other than those and they couldn't REMOVE the title either except from my cards. Has this been changed yet? Has it taken two or more years for them to add Mx to that little drop down list on the form?
It isn't as though this has anything to do with my account security.
If I sound bitter it is because I encounter this problem a lot. I have been with Bank west a long long time so I would appreciate this tiny change. Please.
