Hi @Sedakocar, thanks for your enquiry. I'm very sorry to hear that you have not yet received your card yet, if you can login to Online Banking and select the "Chat Now" button at the bottom of your screen between 7am - 6pm AWST Monday - Friday, this can be looked into for you.
In relation to changing a linked account, this can also be done via the Online Chat service. If, however the account you are wanting to link is with another bank, you would need to complete a Change of Linked Account form, which you can find on our website here. Hope that helps!
