Card activation

I have received a new card as my old one expires in December. Do I have to activate the new one or is the transition from the old to the new one automatic?

Many thanks!

Hi @lenemakwana, if the card has been sent due to your card expiring you won't need to activate this. You'll only need to activate new cards, when the old one was cancelled (as we issue a new card number for these). Any cards that require activation will have a sticker on the front with instructions on how to do this. Thanks!
