Hi @pjk1982, in this case if you've done a transfer incorrectly you'll need to call us ASAP on 13 17 19 or log into online banking via a computer to send us a Bankmail message or live chat so our team can look into your options for retrieving the funds. Thanks!

I have booked the hotel on behalf of my friend and paid by credit card. Unfortunatly my friend has a serious medical condition has to do an operation. At that moment she is unable to travel until all treatments finish. But the hotel and booking.com not allow me to cancel. I wish to stop the payment for them.

Hi @ANN1960, it would be best to contact us over the phone on 13 17 19, or via our secure messaging service online so that we can look into this and discuss your options. You may be able to dispute this transaction, although this will take into consideration the terms and conditions of the hotel and websites cancellation policies.
