You can either get in touch with the company directly and show them that they have debited your account so that they can rectify this, or you are most certainly able to request that Bankwest dispute and investigate the transaction on your behalf. This previous post outlines how to dispute a transaction, should you need to do so.
The team endeavour to resolve the dispute within eight weeks of receiving the form. As these disputes require us to liaise with other financial institutions and merchants, we need to allow reasonable time for the other party to respond.
