Hi,
Each month my Bankwest credit card balance is automatically paid off via a direct debit from an account that I hold with a different bank. I set this direct debit up initially through Bankwest, not through the other bank. I found a form for cancelling direct debit payments from my Bankwest credit card, but not for cancelling money that my Bankwest credit card is direct debiting from another account. Anyone know how to go about this?

Hey @rdg, sure thing!
It sounds like you've got a "Periodical Payment" set up with us. If you've arranged this with us directly, all you'll need to do is speak with a consultant so that they can update/expire the payment for you - there's no need to complete a form for this type of debit agreement
You can log in to Online Banking and select "Ask Us" via the Mobile App menu or "Message us Now" from a PC, and our Online Team would be happy to take a look at this. Alternatively, you can give us a buzz on 13 17 19 - both services are available 24/7 for your convenience.
Hope this helps!
