Domestic cheques will take 3 - 5 business days to clear to your account (FYI - an international cheque will take up to 30 business days).
For security reasons via the Forum I can't view your customer profile to see if there is a clearing date listed, however our Contact Centre can certainly look into this. You can login to Online Banking from a PC and select the "Message us Now" button on screen between 7am – 6pm AWST Monday – Friday for assistance, or you can call on 13 17 19 between 8am - 8pm your local time, 7 days a week.
