Why does Bankwest not receive or respond to emails? I have been advised that the only reason an email with attachments would not be delivered is if the recipient's inbox is full.
Why then have I sent emails on 8, 12 and 13 September which Bankwest staff they have no record of?
Is there a gremlin that eats any email Bankwest staff don't want to respond to?
