If a cheque is made out to my husband in another banks cheque eg Westpac can I get it banked into my account if I had the drawer of the chq give permission to have said chq banked into my account?

Hi @neilzy1974 this will depend on the cheque itself. If it's marked as "not negotiable" this means that it can only be deposited into an account your husband's a party to.

If the 'not negotiable" marking isn't present, it can be deposited into any account. I hope this helps Smiley Happy
