TLDR: Partner signs up for BPay View - I sign upto see them as well - I register - Account gets set to 'inactive'
My partner set up BPay View for our Council fees and Utilities.
We share a mortgage - and accounts, but I cannot see the BPAY View bills.
I called up BW - "Hey, wuzzup?! I can't see my BPAY View bills (on the same accounts that I share with my partner)!"
BW dude says - "Hey - that's okay! You just need to sign up to it too!"
Fair enough, I sign up to the same bills as my partner - easy.
Within an hour both of our accounts have been set to 'INACTIVE'.
Can PBay view only handle one sign up? How do I re-activate (I got payments in the pipeline!).

Sorry, the wording is all a bit muddy to me. I'm hoping to get some more clarity.
"BPay View will show a bill as 'inactive' until the first bill is received after registration. "
So after I register a bill - it's supposed to show as 'inactive' - even though it's not paid?
"Once that first bill has been received, it should say that the bill is 'active'."
This statement has me a bit stumped - the bill that I entered was the first bill (and has not been paid), and is marked 'inactive'.
By all means - can you please explain it like I'm a 5 year old (seriously! ).
