BAD SERVICE

The most frustrating bank EVER. After 2 weeks from the time I opened a new account I still can not access MY MONEY. I recieved my PAN, I activated my card, my employer put my pay in said account, I called to ask "where is my secure code" first time I was told I would be called within 48 hours, no I was not. I called back and was told I would be called back within 72 hours, I WAS NOT. I called again, they told me to go to a branch. I went to the Bourke st Melbourne branch where I showed my Licence, activated Bankwest card, answered questions and was told my SECURE CODE would be SMSed to me. I withdrew cash because I did not trust what she was saying going on past experience and BOY WAS I RIGHT. 16 hours later and still no code , no pin, no apology. BANKWEST YOU ARE THE WORST EVER
