I am awaiting the $100 refund as stated for my newly purchased BankWest MasterCard. Upon applying, the annual fee of $100 was going to be waived for the first year only. I have been charged the $100 however it has been > 2 months and I still haven't got a refund for this $100. Can you please chase this up? This would be greatly appreciated.
Also, I was meant to get a bonus 50,000 QFF points with activation of this card. I know this can take a few months but it has been a few months literally speaking hence could you please chase this up as well?
I am looking forward to a positive outcome.
