Hi @ChrisDunwell, if you're unsure of a transaction, hit the 'Ask us' button from the bottom of the menu in the app, (or the 'Message us now' button if logged in using a PC/laptop) and our Messaging Team are available 24/7 to look into this further for you. If you're still unsure of what it is for, we can dispute it for you.
If its a BPay/Pay Anybody transfer, you can view the recipient details through your online banking by clicking 'Payments & transfers' > 'Payment history' > the payment number. For BPay payments, this should show the Biller code and customer reference number used along with the billers name (if the billers name doesn't come up, you can use the BPay website to search using the biller code).
