Hi Jill, if you're unable to access SMS code you'd need to give us a call to activate your card.
You can call us from overseas on +61 8 9486 4130. This is a reverse charges number. To use this number from outside Australia please contact the international operator in the country you are in and request to be put through to +61 8 9486 4130. Please note: we have no control over any charges applied by the local or international telephone company for contacting the operator. Thanks.

Hi @Phuong210677, if you're registered with the SMS Security Code, you will be able to activate your card and choose a PIN via the "Self Service" tab of your Online Banking. You just need to select "Self Service > Manage my Cards" from the menu options, and make sure you have your mobile phone handy. You will be required to enter a 6 digit security code, sent via SMS, to finalise the process. If not, you'll be able to call our Contact Centre on 13 17 19 to have this done. a PIN will then be posted to your address on file. Hope this helps!
