Returning home from holidays I was very disappointed to find our two Banklwest ATMs at our local shopping centre in Forest Lakes were closed as well as a NAB ATM. All were outside the shopping centre and were regularly used. Why have you closed both Bankwest ATM'S at Forest Lakes. Not happy Bankwest.

Hi @cobweb5, I'm sorry to hear this.
We have removed some of our ATM's from locations where there are already Bankwest stores or Commonwealth Bank ATM's close by. Our customers can also access any Commonwealth Bank, NAB, Westpac or ANZ owned and operated ATM's within Australia free of charge.
If this is not convenient, we do also offer a Bank@Post facility at Australia Post outlets, where you can perform the following:
•EFTPOS / cash withdrawals up to $1000.00, selecting cheque / savings from your card. (Fees may apply, these fees are located in your product disclosure statement)
•Cash and cheque deposits, selecting cheque / savings from your card (up to $6000 maximum cash deposit limit)
•An account balance upon request
•Customer identification checks for credit cards, Telenet and Kids Bonus Saver account applications, once the appropriate documentation has been provided to you by Bankwest.
