I recently used and ATM to withdraw money. I was unable to collect the cash quick enough and it was sucked back into the machine. Will this automatically be refunded to my account?
(It was a Rediteller NOT a Bankwest ATM)
Thanks

Hi @RJG15, generally this would be credited back to your account, however if you're unsure it may be best to complete a Transaction Dispute Form, so that we can investigate this for you and try to recover the funds if it has not returned to your account.

Generally, being reimbursed cash not provided by a Bankwest ATM, takes 21-45 working days.
this is Bankwest policy and procedure.
A ridiculously lengthy process I am enduring at present. The customer suffers without their money, due to Bankwest ATM fault, and Bankwest take their own time, without the ability to speed up or justify their ridiculous process.
