Bankwest ATM didn’t dispense my cash but withdrew my account.
Bankwest St day it will take 21-45 working days (4-10 weeks) to resolve this issue.
It was ‘only’ $60 but now I have not petrol money or money for my boys to play their last basketball game this weekend.
Merry Christmas to us and our 4 children.
Bankwest’s ‘process’ is ridiculously lengthy and they will give no account to he customer of where they are at in the process.
Meanwhile the customer pays, with lack of $, and the associated stress, and borrowing $ to get by. Bankwest make no offer/effort to expedite the process for their customer.
Very disappointing, frustrating, and stressful for customer and their family.

Hi @BC, I'm sorry to hear of your experience. While we do advise of the timeframe you mentioned, this is a worst case scenario. In many instances the funds are returned a lot sooner. While I can certainly understand where you're coming from and how frustrating this is, we do need time to investigate the dispute and audit the ATM's.
