Hi @15087194 I'm really sorry to hear this. Via the Forum I am unable to view your account and see what is happening, however this previous Forum post may assist you with getting the transaction dispute process started. Generally it is safest for us to cancel a card that has been used without your knowledge or consent, so to discuss this further you can login to Online Banking and select the "Chat Now" button at the bottom of your screen between 7am – 6pm AWST Monday – Friday. Alternatively, give us a call on 13 17 19 to have this looked into. Hope this helps!
